TRIUMPH CUP

November 20 - 21, 2010

Tucker Youth Soccer Association is pleased to announce the 8th annual Triumph Cup with an expected around 250 teams who will be competing against you from Tennessee, Alabama, Florida, North and South Carolina, Kentucky and many more. We will also host our 2nd College Showcase where you will have the opportunity to meet many colleges that you may one day play for.

  We are committed to providing you with a competitive and well organized tournament the weekend prior to Thanksgiving.  Competitive playing levels will be provided for boys and girls select teams between the ages of U9 - U19.  All games will be played on the east side of I-285 in Tucker, Stone Mountain, Lilburn and Lithonia. 

U9 - U10  ---- $375.00

U11 - U12 --- $425.00

U13 - U14 --- $475.00

U15 - U19 --- $500.00

Remember that teams who participated last year when Sunday was canceled due to weather will be automatically given a 20% discount on this year's Triumph Cup.

What do you need to bring to check in?

1. A photocopy of your official state roster (we will keep this, so make sure it's a copy)
2. Two copies of your tournament roster....one we will keep and the other will be returned to you.
3. A medical release for each player.  This can be any medical release and does not need to have a notary seal.
4. Laminated Player passes for all players, with photo affixed.  A coach's pass is required by GA Soccer, however, a photo ID can be used in lieu of a coach's pass.
5. Birth certificates are urged, but will not be required.
6. Player Release - signed by a parent of each player on your roster.
7. A game card printed for each game.  We will stamp each game card, so all three game cards are required. 

 To access these forms, simply log into the system using your user ID and your password then click "Information" and then "Documents".   If you have forgotten either of these, click "log in" and follow the instructions for a lost user name or password.
